About Us

At Grand Junction Weightlifting Club, we believe in getting STRONG. We train to become better:

  • Weightlifters (Snatch/Clean&Jerk) 

  • Power Lifters (Squat/Bench/Deadlift)

  • Athletes (Strength&Conditioning)

We utilize the exercises and training style of Olympic Weightlifting to become more powerful, stronger, and faster athletes.

What We Offer

Weightlifting Classes

Classes concentrating on improving the classic lifts, Snatch/Cleand&Jerk, with programming provided and coach present giving instruction where needed.  

Open Gym

As a member you can come in anytime between 5am and 11pm with a personal key code.

Youth Strength&Conditioning

Strength&Conditioning group classes for 8th grade through college age athletes. Learn how to properly move, get stronger, and get faster to become a better athlete. 

Adult Barbell Strength Training

Barbell Strength group classes for adults. Learn how to properly move, get stronger, and get faster to become a better more productive and capable adult.
