Adult Strength&Conditioning Classes
M/W/F - 9 am to 10 am
M/W/F - 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
M/T/TH/F - 5 pm to 6:00 pm
M/T/W/TH/F/S/S - 5 am to 11 pm
Youth Strength&Conditioning Classes
Age 11 and under
Thu - 4 pm to 5 pm
Age 12 and up
M/W/F - 4 pm to 5 pm
What We Offer
Classes concentrating on improving the classic lifts, Snatch/Cleand&Jerk, with programming provided and coach present giving instruction where needed.
As a member you can come in anytime between 5am and 11pm with a personal key code.
Strength&Conditioning group classes for 8th grade through college age athletes. Learn how to properly move, get stronger, and get faster to become a better athlete.
