At Grand Junction Weightlifting Club, we believe in getting STRONG. We train to become better:

  • Weightlifters (Snatch/Clean&Jerk) 

  • Athletes (Strength&Conditioning)

We utilize the exercises and training style of Olympic Weightlifting to become more powerful, stronger, and faster athletes.
